Nine buttons designed for simple naviation allow quick and efficient use of the menu system. The cimdronic AC6 is arranged with a choice of screen displays-whether it be the full parameter, showing all the data available or simply a screen showing in large text just the differential pressure, the user has the option to select the most appropriate screen for the work being carried out.
The thermostatic regulator, installed on each return branch of the
recirculation circuit, automatically maintains the set temperature.
This device modulates the flow rate in accordance with the
water inlet temperature by means of the action of a dedicated
internal thermostatic cartridge. When the water temperature
approaches the set value, the obturator progressively reduces
the passage. The flow rate supplied by the recirculation pump
is thus distributed to the other network branches, resulting in
effective automatic thermal balancing.
Temperature Setting
The regulator is supplied with a factory temperature setting of
58°C. The temperature is set at the desired value by turning the
adjustmment knob. The graded scale shows the temperatures
to which the indicator can be set. After adjustment, the knob can
be removed and repositioned over the locking slot to prevent
tampering.
Checking Temperature
The valve is supplied with a temperature gauge which allows for
a quick check that the valve is balancing the water to the correct
set temperature. The temperature gauge pocket can also be
used for automatic temperature monitoring to a BMS system
by inserting a 10 mm immersion probe. This probe should be
sourced from your BMS provider in order to ensure compatibily
with their system.
The Cimberio model 790 balancing valve is designed for automatic
balancing of heating and cooling installations, including potable
domestic hot water systems.
Automatic balancing is achieved by means of cartridges that
provide constant flow. The wide selection of cartridges is able to
match every flow requirement from a minimum of 0,007 l/s (7 KPa
min. Dp) up to a maximum of 3,154 l/s (44 KPa min. Dp).
Cim 790 can be used either in constant flow or variable flow
system, assuring that specified flow would not be exceeded.
Automatic balancing function is performed with innovative and
patented cartridges with incorporated fixed orifice.
The automatic function of Cim 790 eliminates the manual balancing
of the system, allowing possible inspection by contractor.
The cartridge can be easily removed from its seat even with installed
valve, allowing easy flushing of the installation and possible flow
modification required after first installation
Manual balancing valves are inserted to create a pressure drop so that every branch of the system is
circulating at the design flow rates.
Consequences of inaccurate flow regulation in hot water circulation systems will lead to a failure to
achieve design temperatures, wasted energy, noise, erosion and blockages, long delays in hot
water delivery at fixtures, and increasing the risk of legionella in circuits that do not meet minimum
temperatures.
Cim 746 balancing valves perfectly combine a regulating valve and a flow measuring device in a one-piece body. This solution, ensures
high accuracy flow balancing across all valve settings. Cim 746 balancing valves are suitable for both domestic hot water flow and return
lines, as well as closed loop heating and cooling systems.

The dual check valve with atmospheric port, also known as a vented dual check valve, is a protective plumbing device capable of preventing
backflow of polluted water into the mains water system. This type of backflow may occur due to changes in pressure in the distribution network
that cause water to flow backwards. The preventer, which is fitted between the mains and the user system in water distribution systems, creates
a safety separation area that prevents any contact between the water in the two systems.

are objectionable, but non-health hazards. The modular check valve captured spring
cartridges have replaceable seats and reversible silicone seat discs.
OPERATION
During normal flow conditions, the two check valves are held off their seats, supplying
water downstream. Each check valve is designed to maintain a minimum of 7 kPa across
the valve during normal operation. Should the downstream pressure increase to within
7 kPa of supply pressure, both check valves will close to prevent a backflow condition.

Reduced Pressure Principle
The Apollo Series 4A-200 Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Preventer is designed
to give maximum protection against backflow caused by either back-pressure or
back-siphonage from substances that are hazardous. The durable but economical
device is easily maintained in the line with modular check cartridge assemblies that
require no special tools. It consists of two independently acting spring-loaded check
valves with an automatic differential relief valve located between the check valves. All
testcocks are mounted at the top of the unit to assure easy access during repair and
maintenance when unit is installed in tight places.
